RETURNS AND RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
HAS YOUR ORDER ARRIVED, OR DID YOU MAKE A PURCHASE IN PERSON AND WISH TO EXERCISE YOUR RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL?
Cancellation before shipment
The customer has the right to cancel the purchase after placing the order but before shipment.
In such cases, the customer is not subject to any payment obligation.
Cancellation can be submitted by e-mail, phone, in writing, or in person.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL FOR ONLINE ORDERS
In the case of distance contracts, the customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the goods, without providing any reason, in accordance with Government Decree 17/1999 (II.5.) Sections 4 and 5.
Conditions for exercising the right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal may only be exercised before the product has been used.
Returned products must meet the following conditions:

must not be damaged or used,
-
must not be dirty or covered with pet hair,
-
only the generally accepted minimum use (trying on, inspecting the product) is permitted,
-
must include the original paper hangtag and original packaging.
If the returned product is damaged, incomplete, used, dirty, or covered with pet hair, Brizlo reserves the right to refuse the refund and return the product to the sender at the sender’s expense.
The original invoice must be included with the returned product in all cases.
REFUNDS FOR ONLINE ORDERS
Refunds are issued exclusively via bank transfer:
-
to the bank account provided by the customer, or
-
to the account from which the card payment was made.
Please provide:
-
the bank account number,
-
the name associated with the bank account
in the Order notes section.
For international orders, please also provide the bank name, IBAN, and SWIFT code.
In the event of withdrawal, the purchase price will be refunded without delay, but no later than 14 calendar days.
RETURN SHIPPING COSTS
The customer bears the costs incurred in returning the goods when exercising the right of withdrawal.
Cash-on-delivery returns cannot be accepted.
RETURN PROCESS (ONLINE ORDERS)
For online orders, returns must be initiated through the website.
1. Submitting a return request
You can submit and track your return request online.
After logging in with the e-mail address used for the order, go to My Account → My Orders, select the relevant order, and initiate the return.
If you are within the return period, you can select the product(s) you wish to return from the list on the left-hand side.
If necessary, please provide your bank details in the text field below the table.
The process can be started by clicking the Request Return button.
Within 24 hours, we will confirm your return request and provide a pre-filled return shipping label, which will be sent via e-mail and will also be available for download in your account.
2. Preparing the return package
Place the product back into its original packaging.
If the original packaging is damaged or no longer available, please use suitable alternative packaging.
The box should be no more than 5–5 cm larger than the product.
Please include the original invoice in the package.
The invoice was sent by e-mail and is also available in your account if you registered as a customer.
Seal the package securely.
Print and attach the pre-filled return shipping label to the package.
Packages sent in any other way cannot be accepted.
3. Receipt and inspection of the return
Within 1–3 business days after receipt of the returned package, we will inspect the condition of the product(s) and notify you by e-mail.
After approval, the purchase price will be refunded without delay, but no later than 14 calendar days.
SPECIAL CONDITIONS FOR IN-PERSON PURCHASES
Refunds for in-person purchases
For purchases made in person, refunds are available within 7 calendar days from the date of purchase, provided that the return is verifiably made within this period (the date of shipment is considered the reference date).
The product must be unworn, in original condition, and returned with all original tags attached.
Used products cannot be accepted.
Exchange or store credit for in-person purchases
For in-person purchases, within 14 calendar days the customer may request:

an exchange, or
-
a store credit voucher equal to the purchase value.
The voucher:
-
is valid for 180 days from the date of issue,
-
can be used both online and in person,
-
is not redeemable for cash.
